New Login Screens:
We are excited to unveil the new design of our login pages! This update is applicable to all users. The functionality will remain unchanged, and the focus is on modernizing the appearance.
The new login pages are just the first step in our UI overhaul. Over the next few months, we’ll be rolling out more updates, starting with the family-facing portals.

The functionalities including Forgot Password, Change Password, Community One Single-Sign-On is still available with the updated design.
You will also enjoy mobile responsiveness on these pages.

Forms on Household Module:
We picked this from our wishlist! Parents can now access forms from the Household Module. Parents will see the "Forms" under the School menu in the left-hand L-Bar. This will make the forms readily available to families so soon as it's published by the admins.
Parents can use the search feature to smart search any forms and can also apply the filters as desired. By default, it will always sort the forms in descending order by the "due date".

The status column and the filters will come handy, below is the definition of each status.
- Assigned= due date is in the future and form isn’t filled/submitted.
- Completed= form is filled and submitted.
- Expired= due date has passed but form isn’t filled/submitted.
Note
: Parents/Guardians will see the forms assigned to self, to child(ren) for whom they have the legal custody. They will also see the forms assigned to their Household and their spouse. Parents/Guardians with NO legal custody will NOT see the forms assigned to their child(ren).Report Card Improvements:
As we continue to enhance our Standard Base Grades offering, we have improved the report card to handle two major key area:
- You can show the high-level standards in the report card so parents can visually identify high-mid-low standards hierarchy mapping. This is true even if you are not rolling up the standard grades from low to high standards in the hierarchy.
- Our report card is improved to handle shared library of standards or skills. This will allow admins to efficiently maintain a set of standards/skills that are shared across multiple course sections.
Adding TADS Suite ID to POS report:
We are introducing TADS Suite ID in the "Order Item Transactions" report. This should help enable the admins to conveniently drive the reconciliation process, compare data with TADS etc. Click here to read more about TADS Suite ID.
Path to this report is POS module > Reports tab > Order Item Transactions.
Here is snapshot of this report.

Note - We will be adding TADS Suite ID to more reports in the future.
Maintenance and Bug Fixes:
- Improve validation in the gradebook - If teacher tries to enter a value/score beyond the highest value in the grade scale, then system would auto save the highest value instead. We have tweaked this, so you get a validation message clearly stating that this isn't a valid value, and system will not save the entry.

- Additionally, gradebook will appropriately round the decimal entries that are within the grade scale. This was inconsistent earlier, and we made sure to make it consistent.
- Student photo upload - The photo upload process failing consistently is handled. Admins can now continue to upload student photos in bulk.
- WiseData Parent sync - We handled the data sync issue of parents being part of more than one school failing. With this fix, parents can continue to be part of more than one school and their data will be sent to WiseData as long as the school is a participating school.
