Release Notes: HF v9.7.1 May 15th, 2025

We have made a hotfix focusing on report cards:
Bugfix 
- Adding a comment for skills and deleting it resulted in a duplicate Comment Header in the report card, this is fixed.
Maintenance 
- In the report card template "Course Final Grades with Standards", the section attendance header is improved to align with the template's existing style set.
