You're now able to:

Automate Event Follow-ups.
Keep the conversation going, automatically! You can now set up follow-up emails to send a few days after an event. You can even choose whether they go to everyone who registered or only those who attended. It’s a simple way to ensure timely, consistent engagement with families.
Create Beautiful Apply Now Buttons in Seconds.
Want to add a professional-looking application button to your school’s website? Our new Direct Apply Button Generator lets you customize the button's text, color, and size to perfectly match your brand - no coding required.
Take Control of Your Browser Tabs.
You asked, and we listened. Based on your feedback, you can now choose whether links to applicants and events open in the same browser tab or a new one. Find the new setting in your user preferences and organize your workspace the way you like it.
Manage Family Communications with More Precision.
To better respect family preferences, you can now exclude a specific account email from bulk marketing campaigns. This ensures they won't receive newsletters, but will still get critical notifications like application confirmations and event reminders.

HUB - A Better Experience for Families

Clearer Event Sign-Ups.
We’ve made a small but important tweak to our public event registration forms. The fields now clearly ask for the "Parent / Guardian" name and email, preventing confusion and ensuring you capture the right account information from the start.

A Sneak Peek at the All-New Application Wizard

Get ready for a completely redesigned application experience for parents! We're putting the finishing touches on a new application wizard that is simpler, smarter, and more intuitive.

It’s more logical.
Parents will now select the application year before choosing a grade, which prevents them from making an invalid selection.
It’s smarter.
The new wizard prevents a parent from accidentally creating a duplicate application for a student who already has one in progress for the same school and year.
It’s faster.
To help families get started, the application year now defaults to the current admissions season.
