Feature Enhancements

Dashboard & Reporting

Regional Reporting on Dashboard
— District admins can now view regional reports directly from the dashboard.
Leads report
— New admin-level report showing how many linked leads exist per school.
Duplicate School Monitoring Report
— A new report helps administrators identify and manage potential duplicate school records.
Star column in Data Explorer
— The star/favorite indicator is now available as a column choice in Data Explorer.
Assignee on Notes & Tasks Report
— Completed tasks now correctly display the assignee on the Notes & Tasks Report.

Events

Text box field in Events
— A free-text field is now available within event setup for additional notes or instructions.

Search & Data Management

Cross-season applicant search
— Users can now search for applicant records across multiple admission seasons.
Duplicate school warning
— The system now warns users before creating a school that may already exist, helping prevent duplicate records.
Additional Avery label fields
— Parent name fields are now available for Avery label/name tag printing.

Bug Fixes

Inquiry Form submissions
— Fixed an issue where inquiry form submissions could hang, resulting in student records created with an incorrect status.
TADS integration
— Siblings are now correctly placed in the same household when syncing with TADS.
Data Cleaning queue
— Records that have already been cleaned no longer re-appear in the queue.
Bulk email status
— Emails that have been successfully sent no longer incorrectly show a "prepared" status.
Bulk email content
— Subject, description, and body content now display correctly when viewing sent bulk emails.
Unhide application
— The "unhide" button now correctly makes applications visible on the dashboard.
Leads list visibility
— The school name column on the Leads list is now visible to all district users, not just district admins.
Inquiry General Settings
— Settings now save on the first attempt (no longer requires a double save).
Event delegate notifications
— Fixed duplicate email notifications when a delegate is assigned both an interview write-up and interviewer role through events.

Hub

Feature Enhancements

SSS Financial Aid integration
— Completed the backend integration with SSS by NAIS, enabling schools to connect financial aid data with their Hub workflows. This new integration will be available for use Mid-August.
Text box field in Events
— A free-text field is now available within event setup for additional notes or instructions.
SEO improvements
— Updated front page metadata for better search engine discoverability of school pages.

Bug Fixes

Event confirmation emails
— Confirmation emails for event registrations now send reliably.
Decision templates
— Removed unintended background color in decision templates for a cleaner appearance.
