Enhancements

School administrators can now upload a custom logo to display in the Admit portal. This strengthens each school’s in-app branding and provides schools with a familiar, official look and feel that integrates seamlessly with existing ecosystems.
Direct Apply functionality that allows you to link directly to your school's application page in the directory is now enabled for every school, not just premium subscribers. Administrators can place this direct-apply URL on their website or communications, making it easier for prospective families to start applications and boosting visibility of the admissions process.

- Admit will offer a “Preview” button for confetti effects on decision emails. Before sending out acceptance communications, staff will be able to preview the celebratory confetti animation with their chosen colors. This helps ensure decision emails look exactly as intended, improving confidence and communication quality with families.

icon (in the form of a rocket) has been added in Admit. Clicking it opens Ravenna’s live changelog (via Canny) and shows a notification badge for new updates. This gives school staff immediate visibility into all new features and announcements without needing to leave the portal.
You can now submit and track product feedback! We’ve integrated with Canny to make it easier for our schools to share feedback, suggest ideas, and see what’s coming next in Ravenna. Users can now submit product feedback and feature requests directly from within Ravenna, vote on feature ideas, and view product announcements, upcoming events, and release updates.

Improvements & Bug Fixes

We fixed an issue in the Rollover Tools so that application forms copy correctly into the new year. Now, when you copy a school’s form in Admin > System > Rollover Tools, all form data (steps, questions, app types, etc.) is transferred properly. This means your year-to-year setup of application forms will no longer require manual fixes, preserving all linked data seamlessly.
You can now update saved Data Explorer queries that feed workflows. Previously, there was no way to edit an existing saved query’s “Used in Workflow” flag, forcing admins to recreate queries for workflow use. This issue is resolved, so schools can edit and re-save queries (including updating the workflow flag) directly, giving more flexibility in reports and automated steps.

Hub’s new auto-suggest fields will provide a more seamless user journey for parents. When entering data like school or district names in the redesigned Hub UI, the system now suggests matching entries as you type. This reduces typing and lookup time, making data entry more efficient and less prone to error.

- the new password fields in Hub include a “reveal” eye icon. Users (or administrators on behalf of users) will be able to click a toggle to show hidden password characters. This small improvement makes sign-in and password resets smoother by letting people verify what they typed, reducing login mistakes.

Improvements & Bug Fixes

Fixed an issue where a student’s Citizenship selection (from the mini application form or Hub profile) wasn’t saving correctly. Now when staff update Citizenship in Hub, the change reliably persists and also reflects in ADMIT.
