Wise Improvements and Bug Fix

🌟Improved WISE Reporting for Next Year Grade

Starting with the
2025–26 school year
, we now send
Next Year Grade Level
to WISE based on the student’s promotion details.

✅ What’s New

Grade level is now calculated from
Student Profile → Enrollment → History → Promotion Details
Promoted to Next Grade
→ Next grade is sent (e.g., Grade 2 → 03)
Retained in Current Grade
→ Current grade is sent (e.g., Grade 2 → 02)
Default is “Promoted to Next Grade”
(schools can adjust as needed)

No Change for Prior Years

2024–25 and earlier

Why This Matters

Helps prevent WISE errors related to missing: Next Grade Level, Exit Date / Exit Type
Ensures smoother certification and accurate student progression reporting
