Wise Improvements and Bug Fix
🌟Improved WISE Reporting for Next Year Grade
  • Starting with the
    2025–26 school year
    , we now send
    Next Year Grade Level
to WISE based on the student’s promotion details.
✅ What’s New
  • Grade level is now calculated from
Student Profile → Enrollment → History → Promotion Details
  • Promoted to Next Grade
    → Next grade is sent (e.g., Grade 2 → 03)
  • Retained in Current Grade
    → Current grade is sent (e.g., Grade 2 → 02)
  • Default is “Promoted to Next Grade”
    (schools can adjust as needed)

    Promotion Details
    and

🌟Bug Fix
Correct Attendance Days for Past Years
  • Fixed an issue where
    attendance days were miscalculated
    for past school years.
  • Now accurately uses the student’s
    enrollment start and end dates
with the condition that it is within the track start and end date.
Impact:
  • More accurate attendance reporting
  • Fewer discrepancies in WISE submissions
